Maybe have to go back to work. Not something I want my 89 year old mother doing...how about you? We are seeing a lot of the boomer having not put a lot back for retirement and in a recession enviroment a market loss could put off retriement for 5 to 8 years to make up for. It's better to have a plan and not need it then to need a plan and not have one... The best laid plans are not constructed under pressure... Do it now sit down with an advisor a CPA, CEP, CFP or a RFC and review assets and plan for the worst. and where do you want to be in 5 year or 10 year or in retirement. Robert Arnold - CEPWausau, WIThanks for all the advice, Robert.J WHAT DO YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT? (2/12/08) OK, it's one of those weeks when I really have no idea what to talk about.
DON'T ROB NURSERY TOTS OF A MOTHERLY CUDDLE
What prevails is a sterile, fearful environment in which tots who naturally incline towards human contact are being kept at arms length by the people who most want to supply it. The order of the day is a defensive, precautionary atmosphere in which staff and kindergarten pupils stalk each other warily. No birthday kisses are supplied, no consoling cuddles given. Nursery staff speak of being told to put on plastic gloves to change nappies. Teachers talk of children in their care falling over and having to stand by, suppressing their urge to rush over and help them up. Our ludicrously over-hyped fear of a pestilential plague of paedophiles has already permeated every layer of our normal behaviour outside the classroom. We now shy away from eye contact with other peoples children.
Eight-Year-Old Boy Enjoys Adventure of A Lifetime as Youngest Person ...
LAS VEGAS, Jan. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Eight-year-old boys dream of being superheroes -- flying high above the clouds with nothing to limit themselves but their imaginations. For young adventurer Danner Cronise, Zero Gravity Corporation (ZERO-G (R)), the first and only FAA-approved provider of commercial weightless flights, turned this dream into reality and enabled Danner to fly like Superman and enjoy 10-times more hang-time than the world's best basketball player -- all while making history as the youngest person ever to experience a weightless flight. Danner's adventure truly was a family affair, as he was joined by his father Ray, and older sisters Erin (10) and Alex (12). A NASA engineer for more than 15 years and a co-founder of ZERO-G, Ray Cronise had a unique and personal reason for wanting to see his children enjoy weightlessness first hand.
